  1. Thanks for posting this. I ended up having a friend who is an installer assist me however we never got it right. We hooked up the wires to the positive and negative as well as. But the car locks and unlocks with either button on the remote and you have no way of knowing if the car locked as it cycles from lock to unlock with each press of the button. Any idea how to make it lock when te lock button is pressed and unlock with the unlock button? Another guy I know who works at best buy said the installers there said I need a “flash can” to make it work right? anyone?
