Tom, if you look closely at the clear lens portion of the dome light, most late models cars have a small notch where you can insert a flat head screwdriver to pry open the clear lens out of the light housing. Some do not have a notch but the lens can be pried open. Just take your time so you do not crack the lens. If you do not see a place to pry the lens off, there’s also a possibility that you may have to remove the entire light housing to get to the bulb itself. Hope this helps.
