I have a 2007 Chrysler 300C.
I want to install an external Sirius radio that I can move between my vehicles. I want to connect the Sirius radio to the cars radio power source so that they turn off together.
Right now, the Sirius is connected a non-switched power source.
Do you know where I can access the radio/accessory power without tearing my car apart?
Anthony, use the yellow wire at the PSC/ECU module. It is located on the right side, behind the glove box (Pin 35 of the 40 pin plug connected to the module). Hope this helps. Good luck.

Jess, most late model vehicles do not have RCA outputs on the factory radio to feed an audio signal to your aftermarket amplifier. You would have to install a line out converter to supply an audio output. Here is the Line-Out Converter you need:
Speaker to RCA Line Out Converter
When splicing in the RCA Line Out Converter, tap your factory rear speaker wires to get a full range audio source. We suggest you invest in some solid wire taps that wont come loose. These wire tap connectors will allow you to tap into wires without cutting and installs in seconds by hand with no crimping or tools required. If you install a line out converter, your rear speakers will still work properly. If you’ve never installed car audio before, we advise you to take your car to an experienced mobile audio installer. I have a 2007 Chrysler 300 with Boston premium sound. Question is how can I use the factory amp to get sound. I have connected the harness matching the colors but no sound is coming out.
