Ok, so with the Auxiliary Input Adapter I would just choose a radio station for it to play through and that would be it, and would i have to change stations at all? If it was a popular station, would it play over it no matter what?

I have a 2005 Pontiac Vibe Sport Wagon 4D, with the basic package. I dont know alot about cars or the stereo system.
