Power Door Lock Negative Wire (-): Blue/Orange (1-Wire Door Lock System). Negative through a 1,000 ohm resistor will lock the doors and arm the factory security. Negative on the same wire will unlock all doors and disarm the factory security. Test using the passenger door key cylinder switch with all doors closed. To disarm without unlocking, send a (+) positive voltage to the blue/yellow(+) key sense wire. Some units will also require 2 extra relays.

  1. Muhammad, the reason your security indicator light is stable is because your anti-theft system is in valet mode. Valet mode disables the alarm until it is taken out of valet mode. The indicator light does not draw enough power from the battery for it to discharge the battery. Our advice is to check for loose ground or check the charging capacity of your battery at your local auto parts store. If you haven’t changed your battery in a couple of years, it may not be holding a charge anymore. Hope this helps. Good luck with your troubleshooting.

  2. I have Mazda Millenia 2000. I have recently got my Anti-theft deterrent system deactivated but the security indicator light becomes stable since then. I just found that the car battery was dead and I think that the security light that becomes stable when I turn the ignition off is discharging the battery. Can anyone help and tell me what to do?
