  1. Norm, as much as we would like to help you, not all car alarms are installed the same way. Different car alarm brands and different setups will call for different wiring. Our advice is to take your car to a qualified alarm installer and ask them to disable your alarm because it does take some wiring experience and alarm installation knowledge. Hope this helps.   2. Is there a way to totally disable the 2000 Daewoo Lanos Hatchback alarm system? I have been having issues with shorts in the car and while trying to fix them the alarm going off constantly is becoming a pain.
