  1. Where can i get the 1998 Honda accord radio “14-pin” harness wiring diagram. I am trying to remove the “Honda” factory installed “cassette” player and replace with CD/Mp3 player. Thanks

  2. I know that the 1998 Honda Accord ex is Double Din, but Im not sure how many inches it is. I wanted to know what the dimensions were before I purchased another CD Player. Could you tell me please? Thank you

  3. I am installing a ipod ready cable into the back of my double din pioneer receiver. How am I supposed to remove the dash? I have removed the three screws holding the dash to the car. Now i just need to remove the top part of the dash from the clips of what not. What do I do? Thanks

  4. Caleb, after you remove the three screws the the radio frame just pops out. You have to pry the radio frame from the dash. There should be two clips at the top of the frame. Hope this helps. Good luck.

  5. It would be nice if you also had the instructions for door panel removal but I do appreciate that you’re sharing the information you are!

  6. DJChad, most door panel removals can be done with a Phillips screwdriver and by simply pulling the door panel off by hand. Just look for screws at the edge of the door panel, near the door handle and inside the door pull. Once you remove all the screws, you should be able to pull the door panel off with ease. Hope this helps. Good luck.

  7. i have a 98 honda accord with 2 tweeters in the front right under the windshield. i replaced my stock deck with an aftermarket deck but i cant seem to find the wires that connect to the tweeters on the harness. could you help me figure out what color the wires are or is there something i gotta do?

  8. I noticed my stock radio has Tape/CD button. I don’t have a CD player with it, would it be possible to hook up a wire for my MP3 player with this stereo?

  9. My 98 Honda Accord just had its other non-factory stereo box ripped out of the car, so I just replaced it with a new one. But now the radio gets terrible reception. I made sure the Antenna cable is plugged in and it got great reception with the previous stereo box. Any suggestions? Thanks!

  10. Hi, I just bought a Honda Accord EX 1999 without radio. All wires are spread out. I bought also a Clarion CZ300 but unfortunately there are a lot of wires and I didn’t find all of them on internet diagrams. In my car, there are 18 wires coming out plus some extra for amp I guess. Could someone help me by giving a diagram to install my radio, please? Thank you

  11. I was wondering which I would use for a remote wire. I was thinking on using the 12v Radio switch would this work?

  12. Luiso, technically you could connect your 1998 Honda Accord amplifier turn on wire to the radio switched 12v+ wire. That way your amplifier is on whenever your 1998 Honda Accord is on and off whenever your 1998 Honda Accord is off. Just make sure to run an in-line fuse holder with a 1-amp fuse on the amplifier turn on wire. Hope this helps. Good luck with your 1998 Honda Accord amplifier install.

  13. After jumpstarting (incorrectly) my 98 Honda Accord, the radio no longer works. Checked fuses and they all seem to be working. Installed another factory radio to make sure it didn’t just fry the radio itself. Still, no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks!

  14. Carrie, double check ALL your fuses using a Automotive Fuse Tester because certain vehicles may have a wire tied into another circuit not labeled as car radio. You may have additional fuse boxes by the driver side of the dash, passenger side of the dash, driver kick panel, passenger kick panel, under the steering column or under the hood. Hope this helps. Good luck with your 1998 Honda Accord radio troubleshooting.
