After I got a paint job done on my 1998 Honda Accord. We could not get the car to start. We drove the car to the body shop and they took the bumpers off to prep them, once they had that done they tried to start the car to park it in the shop they could not start it. So here it is 1 month later, and I have changed the main fuel relay, rotor button, distributor cap, new spark plugs and new fuel pump and still will not start. Could it be an antitheft device preventing fuel to the rails of the manifold. Would there be anything that attaches to the bumpers or radiator that would prevent the start. PS. Car looks REAL GOOD
