  1. Will, technically you could connect your 1993 Buick Regal amplifier turn on wire to the radio switched 12v+ wire. That way your amplifier is on whenever your 1993 Buick Regal is on and off whenever your 1993 Buick Regal is off. Just make sure to run an in-line fuse holder with a 1-amp fuse on the amplifier turn on wire. Hope this helps. Good luck with your amplifier install.

  2. I having problems with a 1990 Buick Regal Limited car stero. The radio started having crackling sounds for awhile then it just quit working. I disconnected the radio & equalizer in the dah board and the speakers still haqve a crackling sound. I believe there must be a amplifier some where in the car for the speakers to keep crackling. Need wiring diagram with a amplifier location if possible.

    Thanks, Mike

  3. Does anyone know how to get at the 6×9’s in the rear of a 93 buick regal custom? Is it from the trunk or from the rear seat?

  4. Ok, i need some help here, i tried installing a new stereo into my 93 Buick Regal Grand Sport. We took out the stock stereo (the square one) and we took out the cassette player. We had to cut the wires out of the back of 1 of the harnesses in the stereo to get it out of the dash. We took the wires that we cut off of the stereo, and tried putting them on the new stereo, but every time we tried to connect the ground, power, and illumination to see if it would even turn on, the stereo didnt seem to get any power. we have spent many, many, many hours trying to figure this out! there were multiple wires of the same color behind the stereo, there were 3 blacks, 2 yellows, so we have no idea what each one does, and any wire diagram we look at doesnt have the right colors, they say there is a gray wire, light green, and dark green, and we havent seen any wires of those colors where we cut out the stock wires. Even if i got a wire harness for my new stereo, it wouldnt work because we cut wires, and we also dont know what wires to connect to each other to get the stereo back to the way it was, before we cut the wires! please help me out on this one ASAP, im trying to install this new stereo, and hook up subs in my trunk, but my step brother can do that for sure, i just need to know how to put in this stereo!! thanks!!!!
