im hooking up an amp and subs in my 2005 ranger i need to know if the wire coming out of the amp that sayes remote that goes to my factory deck does it go to the yellow and black accessery wire or witch one does it go to

Katena, technically you could connect your amplifier turn on wire to the radio switched 12v+ wire (yellow/black). That way your amplifier is on whenever the car is on and off whenever your car is off. Just make sure to run an in-line fuse holder with a 1-amp fuse on the amplifier turn on wire. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

Robert, double check that your battery terminals are clean. If your battery terminals are corroded, the connection from your battery to the positive and negative wires may not be solid. Clean your battery wires and terminals. Then make sure when you re-attach the battery wires that they are tight. Hope this helps. Good luck with your radio problem.

I am thinking about adding a subwoofer and amp to my 2005 ranger edge, and the stock stereo package I bought was the 6disc/ mp3 pioneer and that came with a stock 6.5″ subwoofer. but before I will install any aftermarket subs, I would love to remove that little bugger, but I cant find it, any idea where I can find it?
