  1. i have a 97 chrysler concorde lxi. for some reason the remote key does not work as good as a normal one should. i replaced the batteries and it still doesnt work good. i have to get at a certain area around the car to lock/unlock it and its irritating that sometimes it works at a decent distance and sometimes i have to be right on it. what should i do

  2. Deborah, different alarms are programmed differently and it could be almost anything that’s causing your car alarm siren to go off. Our advice is to take your car to an experienced alarm installer and have them troubleshoot your problem. Hope this helps. Good luck.

  3. I am the thrid owner of a ’97 Concord. The previous owner did not know the car had an alarm system. After my grandson played in the car the alarm is going off. I have had to pull the battery cable to silence the horn and I can not start the car. Any advice on how to disable it?

    Thank you in advance,

    Debbie
