  1. I just installed a avic x930bt into my 2009 scion tc. Everything works great except the sound of the speakers do not sound right. I dont think I hooked up the factory amp or factory subs right. Does anyone have any suggestions?

  2. Hello everyone, I have installed stereos before but the simple ones from older cars. I want to install a stereo with navigation in my 2009 scion tc how hard do you think it would be? anyone?

  3. Aaron, technically you could connect your 2010 Scion tC amplifier turn on wire to the radio switched 12v+ wire. That way your amplifier is on whenever your 2010 Scion tC is on and off whenever your 2010 Scion tC is off. Just make sure to run an in-line fuse holder with a 1-amp fuse on the amplifier turn on wire. Hope this helps. Good luck with your 2010 Scion tC amplifier installation.

  4. Hey guys, I have a 2010 scion tC and I’m trying to find a wiring diagram for the Alpine Radio CD AXCL-W09U Navigation unit…all I need is to know which wire is the “REMOTE” wire so I can run it to an amp for my stereo. Thanks, Aaron.

  5. Best thing, and easiest thing to do find a toyota wiring harness, i bought one for a 93 camry and i used it perfectly in my 2010 tc :)) StressSAveR!!

  6. Ryan– I too have a 2010 tC. I am actually in process of trying to figure that out as well as trying to make a harness that incorporates both of those plugs. hopefully i can figure something out in the couple of days because I too would like to have my steering wheel control as well as the iPOD and AUX ports in the armrest back for usability.

  7. Hey, I’m helping a friend do some wiring in his 2010 Scion TC. He has the upgraded stock Pioneer head unit (if that makes sense) which also comes with the stock sub woofer. We need to know which wires (+/-) power the sub. Thanks.

  8. i hooked up a new aftermarket cd player in my girls 06 tc does anyone know how i can hook up
the steering wheel radio controlls to the aftermarket radio any help is greatly appreciated
    and thanks in advance

  9. I have been struggling ever since i bought my 2009 scion tc becasue my ipod does not seem to work on the stereo. I have tried everything, i have connected my ipod to both the Aux and the ipod connectors and it doesn’t seem to play. I have been told that normally your just suppose to plug in your ipod and then it will appear on your stereo and that it.. But not in my case because when i connect my ipod nothing shows on the radio, it just stays the same. If anyone can help i would really really appreciate it……

  10. hey.. this is great.. i have been looking for something like this for awhile now… i do have a question… i got my hands on a factory 08/09 subwoofer… ( tjhe one that goes under the rear cover… my question is.. do you run the inputs to the amp directly from the radio.. or do you need line level adapters…

  11. Manny, technically you could connect your 2009 Scion tC amplifier turn on wire to the radio switched 12v+ wire (gray wire). That way your amplifier is on whenever your 2009 Scion tC is on and off whenever your 2009 Scion tC is off. Just make sure to run an in-line fuse holder with a 1-amp fuse on the amplifier turn on wire. Hope this helps. Good luck with your amplifier install.

  12. Question… I have the upgraded stock radio that comes with a 2010 scion tc. It has subwoofer outputs. Now which wire do i connect the remote control wire to? Im lost with out a wiring harness.
