  1. I’m installing an autostart in my 2004 Nissan Titan and I’ve found every wire except the power lock and unlock wires. I went directly to the door and found the red and blue wires listed on this site but they don’t test right, they rest at 5volts and nothing happens when connected to a negative pulse. I believe I’ve tested every wire in the door, can someone please tell me what I’m missing. Thanks

  2. Paul, if you have a factory alarm system, connect the negative terminal and disarm the alarm by putting your key in the driver door keyhole and unlocking the door manually. This will disarm the factory alarm. If you have an aftermarket alarm system, connect the negative terminal and press the unlock button on your remote. This will disarm the aftermarket alarm. If this doesn’t work, you may have to reprogram your remote to your alarm system. The steps to reprogram your remote depends on your alarm system. Our advice would be to take your 2005 Nissan Titan to an experienced alarm installer and have them reprogram the remote. It shouldn’t take more than 10 to 15 minutes. Hope this helps. Good luck with your alarm.

  3. Disconnected the negative terminal of my battery on my 05 Titan as I was away from home for a long period of time. Now as soon as I try to reconnect the terminal the alarm system goes off. How do I shut off the alarm system when I reconnect the terminal to the battery?
