Obed, technically you could connect your amplifier turn on wire to the radio switched 12v+ wire. That way your amplifier is on whenever the car is on and off whenever your car is off. Just make sure to run an in-line fuse holder with a 1-amp fuse on the amplifier turn on wire. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

Ron, most late model vehicles do not have rca outputs on the factory radio. You would have to install a line out converter. Here is the Line-Out Converter you need:

Thev 2005 Dodge Magnum has an opening for a 6 1/2″ (in the front door), but it uses a plastic spacer. A 4×6″ would fit with the spacer removed. Either way, a custom adapter probably needs to be used, as it is a shallow opening (due to the window sliders), and the factory speakers have 3 mounting holes, not 4.

My 05 magnum was stolen and the stereo removed. hooked everything back up. no power. fed a hot wire have power but no sound through speakers. I am thinking the amp or harness may be bad now. is there some sort or reset?
