Sergio, radio security codes are usually written in your car manual or given to you when you purchase the vehicle. If you do not have the radio security code, you would have to obtain it from the local Hyundai dealer. The Nissan dealer should be able to tell you what your radio unlock code is by providing your VIN number. Hope this helps. Good luck with unlocking your 2004 Nissan Quest radio.
Is there a secret code to turn the 2004 Nissan Quest stereo back on? it does not turn on?
Rob, first make sure your car battery is holding a charge by getting it tested by your local auto parts store. If you car battery is not holding a charge, we suggest you get a deep cycle battery. A deep cycle battery will give you more battery power and charge faster while providing twice the life span of a conventional battery. If your battery is in good condition, we advise you to get your alternator checked out at your local auto parts store. If your alternator is only putting out 11 volts, it may be starting to fail. A good alternator should put out between 13 volts to 15 volts. Hope this helps. Good luck with your 2004 Nissan Quest stereo troubleshooting.
I recently had a friend install a radio in my 2004 Nissan Quest and after install my battery light is on and the alternator is only putting out around 11 volts. I am unsure what would cause this does any know what I should check to solve this problem? Any help would be great.
