  1. Sandra, your vehicle may have a factory amplifier that needs to be turned on by your after market radio. The car stereo amplifier trigger wire has to be wired up to turn on your factory amplifier.   2. I wanted to know why when I hooked up the non factory radio to my van it has no sound now. I was trying to find a diagram on how to install it correctly.
