Sean, as much as we would like to help you, not all alarms are programmed the same way. Different alarm brands and different alarm modules will call for different procedures for entering and exiting valet mode. Our advice is to take your car to a qualified alarm installer and ask them to check which car alarm you have because it does take some knowledge and experience to know what to do. Hope this helps. Good luck on your 1994 Chevrolet Suburban alarm troubleshooting.
Hello, my question is about the actual operation of the 1994 Chevrolet Suburban 1/2T 4×4 factory alarm. Seeking an instruction manual. I seem to have it in a valet mode and I’m unable to figure out how to get it back to normal operation. For example: the unlock/lock remote use to work and in the mode I’m in now it does not. I pressed the valet switch but it doesn’t return. I’ve tried a combination of things and have been unsuccessful. Please advise if this is in your realm. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Sean
