Vida, radio security codes are usually written in your car manual or given to you when you purchase the vehicle. If you do not have the radio security code, you would have to obtain it from the local Volkswagen dealer. Hope this helps. Good luck with unlocking your radio.

Stephen, technically you could connect the amplifier turn on wire to the radio switched 12v+ wire. That way your amplifier is on whenever your car is on and off whenever your car is off. Just make sure to run an in-line 1-amp fuse on the amplifier turn on wire. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
