  2. David, ask and you shall receive: 2008 Scion tC Car Stereo Wiring Diagram

Removing the factory amp and replacing it with an aftermarket amplifier is not that difficult. All you have to do is provide enough power, a good grounding point and an amp turn on wire. In order to provide your aftermarket amplifier with the factory audio signal, you may have to use a line out converter. Here is the Line-Out Converter you need:

If you’ve never installed car audio before, we advise you to take your car to an experienced mobile audio installer. Hope this helps. Good luck.

  3. I am looking for a stereo wiring diagram for a 2008 Scion tc. The Scion stereo part# is PT546-00080 made by Pioneer. There is a subwoofer in the back under the rear deck and it has an ipod attachment and aux plug in the center console. I would like to keep the head unit and ipod\ aux inputs, delete the rear sub and add an Alpine 1000watt amp and 2 “R” series 12″ subs. Also, The amp that I have hooks up via RCA jacks so any help there would be appreciated.
