  1. Jennifer, double check ALL your fuses using a Automotive Fuse Tester because certain vehicles may have a wire tied into another circuit not labeled as car radio. You may have additional fuse boxes by the driver side of the dash, passenger side of the dash, driver kick panel, passenger kick panel, under the steering column or under the hood. If ALL your fuses are good, use a Automotive Test Light and Circuit Tester to make sure you are getting power to the back of your after market radio. Hope this helps. Good luck with troubleshooting your 1994 Honda Prelude radio.

  2. I have a 94 Honda Prelude. I just had some work done (Spark plugs and spark plug wires) replaced. When I picked my car up from the shop the stereo was no longer working. The mechanic said they didnt do anything electrical to the car. I figured maybe it was just bad timing and my stereo bit the dust. Both fuses are fine (in the stereo and under the hood). I had a Pioneer DEH1600 installed, so i went and bought a Pioneer 2266. i wired it in and the stereo is still not getting power (not lighting up, not turning on, anything). There are no problems with anything else electrically. Cigarette lighter still works.. all the dash lights work. Clock. Everything else is fine. The same thing the first one was doing. I quadruple checked the wiring and I have the right wires connected. I dont know what else to do now. Any suggestions?
