I have the speaker size and location for the 2007 Ford Mustang with four speaker system. They are 6x8s all the way around the rear speakers are fairly easy to get to and pioneer makes some exact fits.

Yes, the high/mid door speakers are 6×8 as most Ford’s are. The front door-mounted subwoofers by the way are a custom size. Most people will buy 8″ woofers for the doors just to find out that they have to modify the door panel or fabricate a spacer ring to create their own mounting design. Ford built the mustang sound system to stay stock, thats why its so complicated to add subs and change out head units. There are 3 harness alone that plug directly into the shaker 500 head unit, but thanks to our awesome guys at Modified Life, sound system modification is made EASY :-)
