		<description>The red/black wire is the radio illumination wire (also called the dimmer wire).  As for the red wire, we don&#039;t have a red wire hooking up to anything in our wiring database.  Here are some things to keep in mind to remedy your problem.. 1. if your radio was used, make sure your radio is fully functional and working properly.  2. check that your speakers are fully functional and working properly. 3. double check all your wiring connections.  4. always solder and wrap your wire connections rather than using splice connectors (sometimes these connectors don&#039;t splice correctly and don&#039;t make contact with the wire).
