My 2009 CTS has the basic XM stereo. It has no auxilary jack in the console. Does the back of the stereo unit have a USB input the I can attach my own USB cable?
Jerry, most late model vehicles do not have USB input on the factory radio. You would have to install an aftermarket radio that has a USB input:

I have the 2009 CTS with NAV and 4g. It came with XM. I have a lifetime subscription with Sirius. I would rather switch the XM over to Sirius and pay $5 a month for the extra reciever than buy XM lifetime for $700+. XM is charging $35 every 3 months now. Can this be done using the factor system in the car? If I have to replace the factor system is it going to cost more than the $700 for XM lifetime? Thanks for any help you can provide.
