    i have 2009 escape and lately to unlock the door remotely, i have to bring the remote very close
    to the driver window before it unlocks, where it doesnt serve it’s purpose. Now i wanted to replaced
    the alarm module but i cant find it. Where the module is located and how does it look like. thanks, luie.

    Luisito, it sounds like the battery in your remote is low on battery. Replace the battery in your 2007 Ford Escape remote and the ability to unlock and lock your car from far away will be restored. Hope this helps. Good luck with your 2007 Ford Escape alarm remote battery replacement.
