  1. Clint, yes it is possible that the engine noise youre hearing is due to the accessory wire for your 2007 Dodge Magnum being wired to the cigarette lighter. We suggest you run a primary wire to your steering column and use the violet/brown wire in the ignition switch harness. This violet/brown wire will provide a switched power source for your 2007 Dodge Magnum stereo. Hope this helps. Good luck with your 2007 Dodge Magnum radio installation.

  2. Why do I have motor noise threw my 2007 Dodge Magnum stereo? And they ran the accessory switch wire to the cigarette lighter. Instead of the fuse box! Could that be the problem? Please let me know ASAP. Thank u!!
