hi i used your wiring list to replace the stereo in 2005 mitsubishi lancer, all worked very well except the red/black constant power didn’t have any power and now the keyless entry wont work, any suggestions? thanks very much, craig.
Craig, double check ALL your fuses using an Automotive Fuse Tester because certain vehicles may have a wire tied into another circuit not labeled as car radio. You may have additional fuse boxes by the driver side of the dash, passenger side of the dash, driver kick panel, passenger kick panel, under the steering column or under the hood. If all of your fuses are good, use an Automotive Circuit Tester and test the wires in your factory radio harness. Ground the circuit tester and probe each wire. If the circuit tester lights up, keep the wire probed and start your 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. If the test light goes off while starting and comes back on while running you’ve found your battery switched wire. Hope this helps. Good luck with your 2005 Mitsubishi Lancer stereo installation.
