I followed the diagram. The speaker wire color code works great, however there are two black/white and two orange wires in the harnass, I only hooked up one orange and only one black/white. Now, after a blown 10a fuse and a dead battery, the fuse is replaced and the battery is charging, but the stereo sounds great!

I have a 2004 ion redline and installed an aftermarket deck. now my normal car speakers dont work at all while my subs do work. i was told that i need to hook up one of the 2 blue wires from my deck (the one that isnt going to my aftermarket amp) to the wire that controles my factory amp and that would fix the problem but there isnt a wire that i can find that doesnt already go to something else ie: the front and rear speakers. can anyone help im getting frustated!
