Scott, it would be hard to pin point the exact problem over the internet unless we inspected your install. Our best guess would be that your factory radio is starting to go. Have an experienced stereo installer troubleshoot your factory stereo or install a new aftermarket radio. Hope this helps. Good luck.

you look like you know what you are talking about. i put a subwoofer and amp into my sons 2001 camry. it worked fine for about 3 monts now. i spliced into one of the wires, so that the amp would turn on and off properly, (usually the blue wire on aftermarket stereo units). his factory stereo worked fine and then all of a sudden everything stopped working. no lights anything just to the stereo unit. it then kicked back on a day later, but 3 days later it kicked off again. i have checked radio fuses 1 and 2 and they are good. i have also checked each of the other fuses. Did we blow the redio or is there some kind of relay or overload switch or something on these oem units? i sure would like your opinion or maybe another place to look.
