I have a 2001 Cadillac SLS and have 2 12″ JL Audio subs and RF 500bd connected to the factory stereo. I now have to install aftermarket component speakers as the factory ones are older now and sound terrible. What size are all the component speakers in the car and what do I need material wise to install a new head unit?

Jon, you will need 6 1/2″ speakers for the front of your 2001 Cadillac Seville and 6 1/2″ speakers for the rear of your 2001 Cadillac Seville.

Double DIN Stereo Dash Kit for 2001 Cadillac Seville

Here is the 2001 Cadillac Seville antenna adapter you will need:

i want add another amplifier to my 1999 cadillac seville but i cant find a remote wire. i need the 1999 cadillac seville wire diagram. anyone?

Rey, technically you could connect your 1999 Cadillac Seville amplifier turn on wire to the radio switched 12v+ wire. That way your amplifier is on whenever your 1999 Cadillac Seville is on and off whenever your 1999 Cadillac Seville is off. If you need a switched power source, run a wire to your steering column and use the brown wire in the ignition switch harness. Just make sure to run an in-line fuse holder with a 1-amp fuse on the amplifier turn on wire. Hope this helps. Good luck with your 1999 Cadillac Seville amplifier installation.
