I'm wiring in a new stereo to my 4-Runner. would anyone know of the correct cooresponding wires remaining? .. All other wires are obvious..

1 - Ignition-switch controlled 12 V supply
2 - System control terminal of power amp, OR auto-antenna relay control terminal (max300 mA 12 V DC).

Jahti, technically you could connect your 2000 Toyota 4Runner amplifier turn on wire to the radio switched 12v+ wire. That way your amplifier is on whenever your 2000 Toyota 4Runner is on and off whenever your 2000 Toyota 4Runner is off. Just make sure to run an in-line 1-amp fuse on the amplifier turn on wire. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

i have a quick question. so i am trying to hook up my speaker system and all i need is to hook up the amp to the remote wire, but there seems to not be a remote wire. I also hook it to another one i think it was the ground wire but it stayed on the whole time and drained my battery adn that is why i need the one that makes the amp turn on when the radio or car turns on.

thanks
