  1. John, first double check ALL your fuses and make sure ALL your fuses are good. You can do this by using an Automotive Fuse Tester and making sure all of your fuses are not blown. If all of your fuses are good, your 1996 Chrysler Concorde may have a factory amp that needs to be turned on by your after market radio. The car radio amplifier trigger wire has to be wired up to turn on your factory amplifier to output sound from your speakers. Double check that your 1996 Chrysler Concorde amp turn on wire is connected. Hope this helps. Good luck with your 1996 Chrysler Concorde stereo installation.

  2. I have a chrysler concorde 96. I was wondering if this is the wiring diagram for the amp in the trunk which would mean i need to hardwire. Any help would help thanks.

  3. Adrian, it sounds like you may have blown out a fuse or two. Double check ALL your fuses and you will probably find a blown fuse somewhere. Sometimes when you short out your radio fuse, other fuses may also blow out. If all your fuses are good then double check your ground wire and make sure it is grounded well or use the chassis to ground the radio. Hope this helps. Good luck with your troubleshooting.

  4. I recently purchased a Kenwood stereo KDC – MP242 at Best Buy for my 1996 Chyrsler LHS. I have checked and rechecked the wiring with the harness I purchased at Walmart. The new stereo has power but no sound. Please, any advice would be appreciated
