Followed the diagram for the Infiniti J30 and it works fine. However there is a little hiss in the speakers when the volume is low. Would this have anything to do with me wiring an aftermarket deck into the amplified Bose sound system? I am running new speaker wire from the aftermarket deck to each speaker. I always test before I put everything in place and this is when I notice it. With running new speaker wire does mean the Bose amplifier has nothing to do with it? It may just be bad quality CDS. Thanks.

Zack, it is possible that the CD may be bad quality. Another possibility is that the hissing sound may be caused by the factory wire harnesses. If you ran your wires near these factory wire harnesses, your speaker wires may be picking up electrical noise from them. Try running your wires away from your factory wire harnesses and it should get rid of the electrical noise. If you speakers are powered directly from radio to speaker then the bose amplifier should have nothing to do with your audio output. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Does this 1995 infiniti j30 wiring diagram work for the bose system. I have installed stereos before and always had a problem with cars with built in sound systems. I don’t want to have to rewire all my speakers. anyone?
