when searching for the power unlock and lock wires, i found a total of like 4 blue wires int he kick panel, how do i figure out which wires i need
Foxy, any of the problems you mentioned could be the problem. We have a couple of preliminary questions:
1. When you start your car, does your car crank, start and run for a couple of seconds/minutes?
2. When you start your car, does your car crank but not run?

Is it possible to bypass the factory anti theft on a 1995 camaro? My sons car will not stay running. The security light is on. It starts then bogs out. We checked the chip in the key it is good. We were first told it could be the two wires on the ignition cylinder may have broken. Then we were told it could possible be the anti theft module burned up. My son does not have a lot of money to fix the car so we are trying to narrow the problem down and do as much as we can ourselves considering the local chevy dealer told us that it would be 85 to diagnos it and 500+ to replace the cyclinder. They would not quote a price for the anti theft module so I am sure that is very expensive. Please help.
