  1. I already installed an aftermarket stereo and was working just fine but now I have no power to stereo on either wire. Anyone have any ideas? Radio fuse in fuse box is good with power. Also, dome light no longer works. Is there a relay somewhere for accessory power?

  2. my radio system is on i see the equalizer lines jumping up and down yet have no sound . speakers are working when i play tape.
Can you suggest the problem? very truly yours, Andre.

  3. Buck, it sounds like your radio is faulty. Sometimes the am/fm radio in older vehicles tend to go bad internally even though the tape player works. You may have to replace your radio with an aftermarket one. Hope this helps. Good luck.

  4. hi i have a 1993 mitsubishi 3000gt my stereo got stolen and im trying to figure out how to connect my power antenna what wire? please help.

  5. Paul, your 1993 Mitsubishi 3000GT antenna wire is the white/black wire located at your factory stereo wire harness. Hope this helps. Good luck with your 1993 Mitsubishi 3000GT wiring.

  6. I have 1993 Mitsubishi 3000gt. I bought subs and amp and going to buy my wires this week. I havent checked out the stock deck yet but I was wandering if the stock deck has a RCA output for my sub wires?

  7. Bryan, most late model vehicles do not have RCA outputs on the factory radio to feed an audio signal to your aftermarket amplifier. You would have to install a line out converter to supply an audio output. Here is the Line-Out Converter you need:

Speaker to RCA Line Out Converter

When splicing in the RCA Line Out Converter, tap your factory rear speaker wires to get a full range audio source. We suggest you invest in some solid wire taps that wont come loose. These wire tap connectors will allow you to tap into wires without cutting and installs in seconds by hand with no crimping or tools required. If you install a line out converter, your rear speakers will still work properly. If you’ve never installed car audio before, we advise you to take your car to an experienced mobile audio installer. Hope this helps. Good luck with your 1993 Mitsubishi 3000GT amplifier installation.
