Maine, as much as we would like to help you, not all car alarms are installed the same way. Different brands and different setups will call for different wiring. Our advice is to take your car to a qualified alarm installer and ask them to remove the alarm because it does take some wiring knowledge and experience to know what to remove. Hope this helps. Good luck on your 1991 Acura Legend alarm removal.
i’ve recently been in an accident that damaged the two driver-side doors. i’ve gotten the doors replaced, but about a week ago the alarm started going off and because the doors are from a junkyard i do not have a key to disable it. the alarm only stops when the battery is disconnected, and it is kind of important for me to have a functioning vehicle. any suggestions on how to temporarily fix this problem?

I need to know how to disarm the factory alarm on my 1991 Acura Legend. The lights will flash on its own, it doesn’t shut off with the key.
