1990 plymouth acclaim, 20,000 miles. Stereo worked great, changed drivers door electric window motor. Now no power to sound system. Fuse is good and there is power at fuse block location with key on. Coincidence? Thoughts?
Jeff, double check ALL your fuses using an Automotive Fuse Tester because certain vehicles may have a wire tied into another circuit not labeled as car radio. You may have additional fuse boxes by the driver side of the dash, passenger side of the dash, driver kick panel, passenger kick panel, under the steering column or under the hood. If all of your fuses are good, we suggest you take your car to an experienced audio installer or mechanic and have them troubleshoot your problem. Hope this helps.
