I am doing some work on my kids 1988 Honda Accord LX everything is factory I am gonna be replacing the radio currently the radio and the dash clock lose their memory when the car is shut off for the night, I only seen one fuse marked in the fuse box as radio is there another fuse that controls these?

Ken, double check ALL your fuses using a Automotive Fuse Tester because certain vehicles may have a wire tied into another circuit not labeled as car radio. You may have additional fuse boxes by the driver kick panel, under the steering column or under the hood. Hope this helps. Good luck with troubleshooting your 1988 Honda Accord power source.

I have a 1988 Honda Accord. I was switch my old stereo out for a new one. I had a stock stereo but then my cousin gave me a JVC stereo for free. I hav all the wiring done. I doubled checked the wiring. But my problem is that the stereo will not work. When I checked everything, turned out the clocked stopped working. I switched the fuse for the clock. But where is the fuse for the radio??

I’m replacing the radio in my honda accord and i had to slice all the wires together. In the wiring diagram it says that the black wire is the ground. well there are two black wires in my car, one with spots of gray and one with spots of brown. which one is the ground?
